Ash spent a decade in strategy and talent, including leading the function across Southeast Asia at a global consulting firm and continuing that work at a Temasek portfolio company. That experience shapes his approach to company building: how people, technology, and decisions fit together. He founded AJ Hunt Ventures to put those ideas into practice, testing its methods inside his own portfolio before turning them into products for Designing Leverage.

She has supported care teams at a leading Singapore healthcare provider and managed people and operations across retail businesses. At AJ Hunt Ventures, she shapes products through a close understanding of the people they serve. Her focus is on their needs and the pressures they face, bringing that understanding into how products work and how they feel to use.
